soup dude- <rant> emily, marty and natalie are personal friends of mine. i met them and spent two days working with them on their EPK when they released the first CD under mercury (that's when natalie first joined them and made them world-class). they're extremely intelligent, hard-working, productive, talented and kind. the "chubby" remark is borne of toby kieth's rude public comments about them when he was trying to put them down after they expressed displeasure with the bushwhacker. i thought he was totally classless and dehumanizing in referring to natalie as "the fat one". if toby keith were a personal friend of mine i'd tell him exactly that. i like toby... that's why i'd tell him to get his head out of his ass. you ARE a personal friend of mine (though we haven't met yet -- we will). so as yer friend, lemme just say this about your remark... DON'T GO THERE! I'VE GOT NATALIE'S BACK DUDE! no offense amigo. </rant> this new song of natalie's is a personal anthem for everyone who's been put down, insulted, stifled, blackballed and threatened for standing up and disagreeing with policies that are inhumane and anti-life. i LOVE it... and i love her too. she gives powerful voice to some of the better ideals in us. -dustball
