How long do you blame him for the nearly 5% unemployment rate in this country?

Generally "nearly 5% unemployment rate" is not considered something worthy of blame. Its relatively low by historical American standards and is lower than in most other countries in the world.

In the preceding five years of the Bush administration, the rate was signficantly lower. Why does it have to be higher now?
