Smithee, A couple of days ago, that link was on my critical-care listserv, posted by one of the list attorneys, who made the comment that the video should be watched by every first-year lawyer. For some reason, that clip invited much comment on the listserv. - Holly

Not confined to Texas, although I haven't been present
when the language went downhill as far as it did there.

I have a case right now where the plaintiffs' lawyer goes into some kind of psychotic diatribe during every deposition.

I always watch him out of the corner of my eye to see the simmer, which eventually turns into bulging muscles at the neck,followed by a verbal explosion of some kind.
