You appear to be arguing only for the sake of argument.

Find me a company with revenue of two and a half trillion a year and then maybe you would have a point. Even Exxon Mobil is dwarfed by the US government, and XOM and other large companies like GE, MSFT, Intel, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Wallmart, ect. 1 - have to fight off competition, 2 - don't have tax powers, 3 - don't have large militaries and police forces under their control.
