The blurb was written to deceive. That is all we need to say about it. I can't find the actual blurb again, but it did give the impression that the streets of Iraq are safer than the streets of Washington DC. What was the stupid quip...something like send the troops to Washington or something at least as banal.

That piece was nothing more than propaganda.
