Well, you apparently made up the "the Clinton administration tried to arrest Robert Baer" sh*t. An FBI investigation is not an attempted arrest, except maybe in some weird Ed Meese "If you're a suspect, you're guilty" sense.

My main recollection of this particular episode with Baer is the phrase "way above his pay grade".
