Sales and Technical Support. After 4 Dells in a row I built my own computer because I wanted AMD inside. My eyes aren't what they used to be and getting all the little cables on the right pins was a pain. When parts are labeled it is often just raised plastic of the same color as the background. It came out as a nice machine, but it's a few years old now and the technology is finally significantly faster with better graphics. I started dealing with a group Gameboxbuilders@gmail.com and they provide my tech support now (They seem to be a bunch of guys moonlighting and trying to be alienware, but so far so good).
