I believe it has always been that way and I agree that it is reasonable.

I've never experienced the really long delays you describe in getting through to anyone at Charter, at least that I can remember. I too call at really odd hours, well, odd by some people's standards. <g>

Hmmmm, maybe I should express some displeasure and get my share of freebies. <g>

At present, I have expanded cable and my Internet connection with Charter. I believe expanded cable includes HBO and a couple of premium goodies, but I don't want to be bothered with a switch box.
