Terrorists suck and putting their own people in harms way is awful but thats what assymetric warfare is all about. Why make it easy for us to take out their assets. They know the outcry that occurs with collateral damage. Its in their interest. Meanwhile Dresden is a good example of unnecessary violence but that is excused because of what the germans caused for the world. And then there is the a-bomb. Sure it got the japanese to say uncle but the bombing was an attack on civilians. I try to look at it the other way so i can understand my enemy.
