That chinese lady's 3 minute rant against Hu, Cheney having a picture taken of him sleeping, and the White House announcing they'd be playing the "Republic of China's" (Taiwan) national anthem all had Karl Roves fingerprints on them.
IMO that whole mess was choreographed to insult Hu.
