well - the way i see this... is that they still have 1 shop opened in FL yes? plus at least one lease to pay for.. . and it's a biggy i'm sure... and i can't believe that Pearlman would miss the upcoming summer nights in Harlem ... i'm thinking that "they" might have been hoping to let the share price go down into the depths.. so that they can buy back all of the "non-existing" oversight shares at a decent price..... too bad fellas.. next time ...please proof your paperwork, and for now - LET'S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD!! yes?
