LOL!

I did fail to mention your First Amendment rights to express an opinion. After all, the Constitution protects the right of individuals to express even the rankest opinions.<g>

In fact, the CA Supreme Court just ruled on that Friends case. Threw the plaintiff out of court on her sex harassment/hostile environment claims. She worked with the writers on the series who were given to rather juvenile discussions on sexual topics which they said was part of the creative process. The concurring opinion thought the decision should have gone further and addressed the First Amendment issues. I haven't had a chance to read the opinion itself, but the ruling was what I expected. I believe they decided that the exposure to the sexual banter wasn't based on the plaintiff's sex.
