I pray every day for our troops and leaders to somehow snatch victory from the jaws of defeat in iraq. This is a great step forward. I also think that the new Iraqi PM should now immediately ask the US for a timetable and we should provide them with one ASAP. The new govt must make it crystal clear to all iraqis that our liberation/occupation will end in a reasonable amount of time. Remove us from the equation and maybe enough of these folks will choose the govt over the terrorists, baathists and militiasts..

CNN BREAKING NEWS Iraq's president asks prime minister nominee Jawad al-Maliki to form new government at historic parliament meeting.

There is no free market in energy. It's a monopolistic cartel marked by price fixing and gouging by every hand involved in product distribution.

As much as I support free markets, I oppose fixed markets.
