Same old reasoning which simplified is that if I hit you enough you will stop hating me and trying to annihilate me. Hatred begets the same thing. Love begets love... At least trying to be civil. If I were bombed every day and my family was killed I might become a blower upper myself Another simplification but one that works..is this. IF I have a gun in my hand... and stand facing you. You have the same gun. We each know that if one of us fires the other will certainly fire too. Now, nuclear situations can be predicated on such simple thinking. I will not nuke you and you will not nuke me. We both have the capabilities but if in nuking you I destroy your whole family and vice versa.. who is going to go first. Maybe only when everyone is a suicide bomber and wants those Virgins in heaven.. This used to mean only MALES were the bombers but now we have women. I have not yet heard what their reward is.. .Anyone ?
