You Republicans--some key Democrats included--should have been hip to this a long, long time ago! ecomall.com After all, it was US research dollars--largely thanks to Carter--that developed solar and wind technology. The Germans and the Japanese perfected its use, its marketing also. Under mostly Republican administrations we clung to oil. Now look ... or, er, ah, feel!
