Do people have the right not to work?

I'm puzzled by your question.

It was a rhetorical question. People have to work whether they have rights or not.

I don't see it connecting in an obvious way to what I posted.

You said,

Slavery is involuntary,

Most slavery isn't imposed from without, but accepted from within, i.e., people choose to be slaves because they think it's the easier way. So,

employment with any given employer is voluntary.

isn't true. It is to another observer in that there's no imposition of restriction from the outside forcing an individual to work at some particular job. Nonetheless, people choose particular and oppressive jobs with the intent to get the money and run. Then they get stuck when they develop habits enabled by the money which keeps them from running. Later, another observer describes the situation as slavery. But one has to work in order to live so one starts initially to address that problem which can be called involuntary slavery. Then involuntary becomes voluntary when the problem is solved. Exercise your right not to work!
