Over the years some of these have been: Carpeting... especially NEW carpets. For example if one goes to visit a Model home one can get a headache.( MIGRAINE). which is much more severe... New carpeting, wall board, insulation, paint and furniture..can all be preceptors. So there are definitely toxins in these.. I have seen personally what can happen. One can choose to have a home with only tile and wood floors, no drapes just blinds, leather furniture and a A/C system that filters out all pollens etc. I have one in my home. The filter is about 1 ft. long and has to be changed yearly. The ultra violet bulb I have keeps the A/C pipes free of mold, mildew and water from condensation. The sad side. A golfer who has allergies to fertilizer, weed killers and other inert substances put down to maintain a golf course can also get migraines. I have known some who have had to abandon their favorite sport. When working with stained glass, the lead used in the framing can be hazardous and one should wear a mask that really filters, not just a Michael Jackson kind. The list goes on. Dated food. If there is any leftover food.. that should not be kept for longer than two days. Food cooked should not be left out on the counter for long as bacteria form.. Check dates on all bottles for those that are old and have had a chance to build up a form of mold spores Be sure to wash all vegetables in a solution obtained from health food store to kill pesticides. Sodium Benzoate a preservative can be a precipitate to a Migraine.. A friend Betsy Wycoff wrote a book on the dangers from this ingredient. Check labels on food. The purer the better. Any suffers on these sites of migraines..? If so maybe some of this will help.. It's just from my long experience...
