But isn't the above a denial of reality, not a call to it? We could say:

Why are so many people STILL willing to deny that some peoples reality permits the most atrocious and brutal acts, rather than FACE that reality... that those people ARE (part of) the human race and human beings?

IMHO your statement is concordant with the acts you deny as human.

I find it delightful there remains the diversity ...the balance of human traditions and culture.
