The best source of information on Iraqi-Al Qaeda connections I have found is here:

en.wikipedia.org

It outlines most of the "connections" that you have put forth and it examines them in detail. Collaboration between Al Qaeda and Saddam is a myth.

The wikipedia article is well referenced and backed up by actual CIA and DIA investigations. Not right wing blogs. In fact take any person or event that Miniter describes in the link you posted to Chinu and search the Wikipedia article for that information. You then find the "rest of the story" which means means that we have debunked most if not all of the flimsy claims of collaboration.
