My belief, based on the facts that I can ascertain, is that bin Laden communicated with Saddam, just as he did with every country's leader in the middle east. Though communication did occur, collaboration has not been established, and what raw intelligence there is out there that says he might have has either been debunked or has not been verified.

That leaves the case for war in Iraq...because of 9-11...a very weak case indeed. It's part of the wider war on terror in name only.
