We went to a fantastic Greek restaurant tonight- and had these amazing red lentil paste starters that were fabulous. The rest of the meal was fabulous as well- and it was all composed of ingredients that had no additives. The dessert was a wonderful scoop of very thick semolina sweetened with sugar and mixed with toasted pine nuts.

Interestingly our soup was a red lentil soup- with a lot of flavor. I scoff at Dan and CW and their inability to appreciate the sturdy lentil.
