The Mossad has a pretty good idea where all the underground hardened sites are from the US and Israeli spy satellites, don't you think. They have one of the best intelligence agencies in the world.

Also note that the US is testing the new gigantic bomb in Nevada in June. What do you think its eventual targets will be? (Hint: It is an alternative to using tactical nukes.)
