Note that with higher prices for gold, copper, silver, and oil, the effective creditworthiness of Canada, Australia and India has increased.

This could make a big difference to India - families slow their buying of gold and silver, and spend a little more instead, knowing that thier present holdings have become more valuble.
Lenders more willing to extend credit, knowing they can be easily paid back.
