Ok, I nailed someone (yes, I believe you) dead to rights on one of these before, as I recall, where quotes WERE around words unspoken but attributed to Bush. But you are right, in this case you did not put in quotes Bush's words, you just paraphrased to allege what he'd said, i.e. that the case for war wasn't strong. He almost certainly never believed that, let alone ever stated it. Nothing could be further from the truth, IMHO. All I accurately quoted was YOUR words. Sorry about that, got this one mixed up with a past case. Bush however, never said anything akin to what you allege. Hence, you completely misrepresented the President as expressing a belief he in fact simply is not shown to have ever believed, let alone stated. I accurately put quotes only around YOUR chosen words, and those words define your deceit in this matter.
