Hi bobcor, Well it is a big chunk of cost. It boggles my mind to think that GM spends more on health care than they do steel per car. Huge company with too mant huge problems. Of course within thos big problems lies big opportunity. Bottom line a lot of people still like their product. The quality improvements have been so impressive our service department has lost a lot of repair business. Every thing is up,but warranty is down big. I guess that is a good problem to have. Bob
