Like they say: if I owe you $10,000 I have a problem, If I owe you 1 billion dollars you have a problem. True.......which, of course, is not good. Having said that, until Americans change the leadership of this country, we can't even begin to address the problems. Bush and his administration are so hated there is little that they could suggest that would be accepted. Hopefully, we can muddle along until the necessary changes are made.
