It never fails. Every time that oil goes up some, the socialists like Cantwell and Kennedy want to set up a new tax to get it back in their grubby mitts. Did you happen to catch any of Chappy Kennedy's remarks yesterday. Why you would have thought he was living in a mud hut and blaming Republicans that any corporation for making a few bucks.
