Loonie CD's available here for US residents: everbank.com They only yield 2.5%, but that can be good since you don't need to worry about a massive carry trade unwinding suddenly. I am a little worried about that with my OZ$ investments. That US$ Index chart you posted looked like a H&S with the neckline already broken and a target of 84. If the US$ Index goes to 84, the Loony does very well. If the US$ Index goes to 40, the Loony could have trouble. It's never easy, but sumthin' is bound to go up.
