I would lay money that Justice will indict Mary McCarthy in their own good time. They have to make their own investigation and weigh the angles.

Do you think Justice Dept will go after her?

She doesn't have much to fear, look at what they did for Sandy Berger - no jail time, relatively small fine, and he'll likely get his security clearance back in 3 years.
