They should be OK in Canada, perhaps the biggest market. South America or Asia, who knows? They may be dealing with mostly US and Canadian companies, but the bottom line is that I don't know.

The ease with which they financed this is encouraging to me. OTOH, $35 million cash, a producing oil field and a $7 million non-interest bearing loan are pocket change to a lot of people.
