When teh Justice Dept investigates leaks reporting illegal govt activities, rather than investigating those illegal activites, the writing is on the wall for this country.

Wasn't there a time not so long ago in US history, when govt workers could confidently report incidents to their govt/Congress in order to see improvements made?

I don't know.

Now it appears they need to make leaks to the media when they see something that looks illegal, since apparently the climate is such that reporting any illegal govt activity is nowadays considered bad rather than good. Sounds like Nazism.

I think it's much harder to file a protest under a regime like Bush's than one like Clinton's.
