Kenny, You idiot!! The only reason Bush is a lame duck is because he is prevented to run for President again, according to law. Or do you not know what the term "lame duck" means in political speak? The latter is probably true considering your lack of knowledge of, practically, anything. I guess you do know to get out of the rain, but am beginning to doubt.
