Agreed. That was my main problem with this case. I had very little doubt that when Lyle was interviewed, they applied Kerryesque nuance about the expected work environment & she was snookered. When she complained, they wanted to pretend that they did fully inform her, just as they pretended that they didn't behave like they were from Animal House half of the time.

If they want to behave like John Belushi in a toga as part of their creative process, then they should be totally up front about it during the interview process, so prospective employees know what to expect their work environment will be like.
