Americans also need a Probe/Review into WHY NADA refinery has been built in the last 30 years, and at the same time, there are now over 300 boutique gasoline types being refined for various areas in the country!!! All of which take time to refine, with no new refineries.....!!!! Americans also need a Probe/Review of WHY we have had no new drilling or any type of new exploration of use of other energy sources. We need to know exactly the names in Congress and outside lobby's/groups of all who have opposed these refineries and drilling and their stated reasons, as well as the underlying reasons.
