What speech was it. Where did he deliver that. He has given a few impressive speeches in the past. But I have yet to see him make good decisions and act ton them. He always needs to be goaded or pressurized into action. There is news coming out that he is finally moving against high oil prices. I don't think we elected him to advise us to cut down on oil. My impression is that we elected him to ensure that he acts to ensure the sustenance of our basic necessities in life.
