wp, I was yanking your tail... Let me see if I got this right. Its shoulder season when we should be building finish goods inventories but can't. So let's stop filling the SPR. If we can't fill it during the shoulders, when will we fill it? Ever think we may not be able to? The Chinese will take the extra crude anyway and fill their SPR. What in the hell happens when demand kicks back up this summer and winter? I consider this bullish news but the market does what it wants. Makes my head spin CC
