There are many doctors who are doing only this kind of work. No medicare/medicaid allowed and the rich line up for care. My nightmare is that at 65 I go on medicare. Then i can wait on line for service with all the other old farts. No wonder we have to retire--we will be spending the bulk of our day at Doctors who could care less about who is productive and who is not.
