Bush lied when he said on many occasions that there's nothing he can do about gasoline prices. Just today he dropped the price twelve cents by making a half-hearted half-sincere speech about alternative fuels and investigations into gouging. But he can do much-much more. The real key is to punish the energy thieves, but Bush-cheney cannot do that because they are part of the same gang.
