A startling percentage of high school students drop and out and never graduate. Our universities are still excellent, but the cost of education is a barrier many cannot overcome.

GST - I agree with that and it may be far worse than you suspect.

They have revised the way the calculate the "dropout rate".
If someone has the "intention" of coming back in or getting a "high school equivalent" they are no longer called dropouts.

The percentage of reported dropouts vs real dropouts is as biased as you think the CPI is. ggg

As for me, I do not see how anyone can afford college education.
So you tell me, what is the answer?
