Still, just using the same percentages, she showed that the cost would be in 13-digit range! I think that's about as accurate as one can be, plus or minus a digit. As some briefers might say, the "take away" for the story is it's a lot bigger cost then you think it is or you're being told it is. How do your niece and her family feel about the war? We dodge any discussion on it. My perspective is that I wouldn't want to tell her that her son may die for no reason. Her husband is currently serving at GITMO. What does one say? Does hubbie enjoy interrogating the prisoners? The guy is a nice guy, I like him. Who is he going to be after a year at GITMO? jttmab
