They need another government that institutes fiscal discipline and ends corruption. Mugabe has completely mismanaged the country since he took power. He actually looked quite reasonable at the beginning but power corrupts and sometimes rather quickly. Zim also need lots of expertise. Once they kicked out the white farmers even their food production started to go down the drain. Obviously nobody is willing to lend any money to this government and that leads to a further spiraling down. To rescue the country will be a tough job. However, it is a country with tremendous potential! Note that I am not in any way, shape or form excusing the old Rhodesian regime and its policies.
