In resisting President Bush's infinitely variable approach to the ever-shifting situation in Iraq

If you are referring to Tony Snow, he is not just another pretty face. He sees an opportunity speaking for the President. He knows the President is not the studious type and does not get into a lot of detail. But, it is not just the details that the President does not have the wherewithal to address.

Scot McClellan couldn't figure that out and he tried his best to present the President's views - especially those views where the President has no inkling.

Enter Tony Snow. He is a right wing true believer. He is more right wing than the President.

Tony Snow is not going to be just a "Press Secretary". He will be making policy.
