In other words, the intelligence community should be a sort of clerisy accountable to no one.

ALL Americans everywhere ought to pay attention to that statement.....

That's the crux of the matter.....The CIA employees seem to think they know better than the elected officials, and it is the CIA that runs the country. They think.....
