Yes, you missed quite a few items but, you are correct that all of those items are sold in interstate and foreign commerce and therefore subject to regulation by the federal government.

According to the Bush Administration --- and this current crop of Authoritarian-leaning milk sops that make up our Supreme Court --- the Commerce Clause to our Constitution DOES cover ALL of these things... and most everything ELSE you might think of TOO! Giving the Feds authority over all anytime they may care to exercise it.... :(
