The only solution is 100% publicly funded campaigns. Franken has finally taken to repeating this over and over again. It's the only way to make life better for 99.99% of American citizens. The corrupt thugs can go take a hike. It's just a matter of when Americans will take their own interests to heart and do something. The illegal immigrant protests were the most rousing in decades and put the fear of God (or voters) into what passes for hearts in most Republicans. Why worry about 'democracy' and healthcare and education and competitiveness and the quality of life when you can worry about those dang illegals and those dang furriners.
