That would indicate that the illegal immigration is not a spontaneous act of desparately poor freedom seekers, but a well organized operation of a federal nature.

No doubt. Fox of Mexico openly admits the Mexican economy depends on the income and its been reported that US employers are offering $$$ to bring illegals to the US. Its quite a scam.
