The Election Fraud is all on the Bush-Cheney side since 2000.

A few out of control operatives slashing a few tires is not election fraud, that's just a nasty prank. Election fraud costs one candidate large amounts of votes. Slashing a few tires didn't cost Bush a single vote.

The phone-jamming in New Hampshire apparently coordinated by the White House is the latest example of real election fraud. But that's a smallish example. Here are some bigger ones:

The cutting of 57,7000 and 97,000 mostly legal democratic voters from the Florida rolls in 2000 and 2002.

The sending out of thousands of anonymous letters to black voters in Ohio 2004 telling them they are not registered.

The deliberate withholding of adequate numbers of voting machines to all democratic districts in Ohio 2004 while the GOP districts had more than enough.

The demands for two sets of ID's for black voters in Florida.
As well as the posting of white state policemen at voting precincts, intended to intimidate.

The use of Diebold paperless voting machines made by a company whose leader had pledged to deliver Ohio for Bush. 800,000 such ballots were cast in Ohio 2004, and we may never know who really voted for whom.
