Nice call on HSR!!! Hope the quiet one bought it when we were discussing it earlier.

I'm taking RTK off my watch/trading list. With the finalization of the plant today I read some things that bothered me a bit, okay, alot.

The most major of those items is that they are planning on converting the plant for fertilizer to clean coal fuel over the next 3 years with a projected cost of 800 million dollars. While it is a plus that the plant generated 195 million in rev.s for 2005, that will be reduced right away as they shut down part of the process for the first phase of conversion to coal feed stock. Where are they going to get 800mm in capital over 3 years for a venture that, so far is unproven?

They had to basically hock everything to come up with 70mm, 50 cash and 20 other to do the deal in the first place.

Sorry to be so down on one that you have liked for a long time, but the FA has, IMO, changed dramaticaly.

Ken
