Do you own an EV or a hybrid?

You seem really pumped on them but yet you can't answer a simple question like the Prius TSB I asked you about or get real with reg braking.

What do you think shows more promise series wound or shunt motors when reg braking is added to the equation?

It is nothing short of amazing how the car industry has managed to squeeze the industrial revolution into internal combustion engines with a swarm of moving parts and still be running the system in the 21st century.

A car really only needs 5 moving parts - 4 wheels and the car itself.

One little thing, I once calculated [roughly] the energy recovered in regenerative braking and it's trivial [worth doing, but trivial].
