Thanks very much for the info LoneClone... I linked it into the warrants thread. So it looks to me that essentially CKG issues 18 million shares and 4.5 million warrants. The rights are deep in the money, wonder why the didn't just make it .6 to one on the merger??? Probably because they want those folks to pony up "some" coin for their coffers?? I have to say, it seems obvious why CKG hasn't moved much.. they freakin did a 2:1 merger with a $1 stock. CAn't wait for the warrants to trade in any case. DAK
